Cruz and JPP on the practice field for Giants

Victor Cruz, Troy Polamalu, William Gay AP

The Giants weren’t at full strength Monday morning, but they did have some key parts back on the practice field.

According to Ebenezer Samuel of the New York Daily News, both wide receiver Victor Cruz and defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul were on hand for practice, as the Giants began preparations for the opener against the Cowboys.

Center David Baas (knee) did a few positional drills, but was hanging out near the players on on stationary bikes while reporters were watching.

While they’d miss Baas, getting Cruz back on the field would be a huge boost for an offense that had its issues during the preseason.

With JPP back, Romo better work on his eyes on the back of helmut spin move and pray he doesn’t spin into Shaun Rodgers.

Plus Cruz and Nicks playing healthy, puts points up against any defense!

    Go Big Blue!!!

6.5 sacks with a herniated or bulging disc says enough for me. Guy played the year that way that right there is monster toughness!!
