Officially, Amendola is limited in Tuesday’s practice

Amendola

During the slice of practice that reporters were allowed to see on Tuesday, Patriots receiver Danny Amendola was nowhere to be seen.

But Amendola apparently made it to the practice field. Officially, Amendola was listed as a limited participant in the walk-through practice conducted on Tuesday.

Amendola also was limited on Monday, in the limited practice sessions the Patriots will be using during their short week in preparation for Thursday night’s game against the Jets.

Eight other Patriots were limited during Tuesday’s practice, including tight end Rob Gronkowski (back), running back Brandon Bolden (knee), receiver Aaron Dobson (hamstring), defensive back Nate Ebner (ankle), defensive back Duron Harmon (hamstring), tight end Zach Sudfeld (hamstring), tackle Will Svitek (knee), and running back Leon Washington (thigh).

The final report with the various designations -- probable, questionable, doubtful -- will come on Wednesday. Look for the Pats to make liberal use of the 50-50 “questionable” label.
