The Lions got a win in their opener against the Vikings, although two of the more discussed things coming out of the game had to do with things that went wrong for the team.

One was the latest run-in with the Calvin Johnson rule for the player who gave the confusing rule about what constitutes a catch in the end zone its name and the other was defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh’s low block that led to a $100,000 fine. Mike Florio will talk to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press about both of those developments on Wednesday’s installment of PFT Live while also finding time to discuss running back Reggie Bush’s impact on the offense.

From there, we’ll move on to the first look at the coaching hot seat for the season. Lions coach Jim Schwartz was on many people’s preseason lists for coaches who could find themselves in hot water, although an opening win should lower the temperature for him a little bit.
