Colts’ Dwayne Allen doubtful vs. Dolphins

Don’t expect to see Dwayne Allen on the field for the Colts on Sunday against the Dolphins.

The Colts announced on Saturday that Allen, who had previously been listed as questionable, has now been downgraded to doubtful. That almost certainly means that Allen, who missed practice this week with a hip injury, will miss Sunday’s game.

Allen caught one pass, a 20-yard touchdown, last week against the Raiders before suffering the injury. In Allen’s absence, tight end Coby Fleener may get more passes thrown his way.

The Colts, who also lost top running back Vick Ballard to a season-ending injury this week, are now operating at far less than 100 percent on offense.

Cameron Wake is going to have a field day.

Agree…..but it’s the offense that hopefully has the field day

The Colt’s will likely see a good bit of the Dolphins “speed package”, without the blocking of Ballard. Not that there’s much difference between the Raiders D and the Dolphins D (sarcasm).

If you’re going to mention how the Colts are “operating at far less than 100 percent on offense”, why not mention the Fins are also with Dustin Keller out on IR? He was going to be an integral part of he offense.

Oh yes. We have to understand the colts aren’t the browns. Even with injuries to the colts , Andrew Luck and the entire colts team will be a true test to see where exactly Miami is at…….was a close and great game last year

Colts are overrated. Dolphins get another double digit win.
