Andre Johnson most likely has a concussion

Officially, the Texans say that receiver Andre Johnson is being evaluated for a concussion after absorbing a hard hit from Titans safety Bernard Pollard.  Unofficially, Johnson most likely does.

The Texans, we’re told, didn’t make Johnson available to the media after the game, in accordance with league policy.  League policy prevents players with concussions from being made available to the media after the game.

Ipso facto (I have no clue whether I’m using that correctly; I just like saying “ipso facto“) Johnson has a concussion.

If he does, Johnson won’t be able to practice without clearance from an independent neurologist.  He’ll then need separate clearance to play.

Ipso facto.

Pollard is lucky. I hated when he signed with The Titans.

Upon hearing this, Solomon wilcots and Brian Harlan purchased a gallon jug of Vaseline and some Chapstick and rushed to his bedside to nurse him back to health.

“I talked to him and he said he was all right,” tight end Owen Daniels said of Johnson. “He wanted to go back in, but protocol is that you can’t at that point. I have never seen a more blatant blow to the head. A big miss by the officials, especially for a guy like Andre. I know you have to protect every player, but especially someone like him.”

I guess no one watched the game… he didnt even hit him in the head. if you saw the game you saw johnsons head bounce off the ground pretty hard. and nfl analyst are already saying the ball moved justenough to be called not in full possesion. the ref who watched the replay said it was his mistake cause he was looking at the feet not the ball

    No fine for pollard
