Broncos work out Winston Justice

Andrew Luck, Winston Justice, Cliff Avril AP

As PFT reported on Tuesday, the Broncos are unsure enough about the outlook for left tackle Ryan Clady’s sprained foot that they are evaluating all their options about how to proceed.

That includes the possibility that Clady could wind up on injured reserve with the designation to return, which would open up both a spot on the roster and a spot on the depth chart at tackle. As a result, the Broncos are kicking tires on options to fill those spots.

Ed Werder of ESPN reports that one of those options is former Eagle and Colt Winston Justice. According to Werder, Justice worked out for the team on Wednesday.

Justice didn’t generate much interest as a free agent this offseason after playing 12 games with the Colts last season. Justice’s experience is mostly on the right side of the line, making it unlikely that he’d leap over Chris Clark in the event that Clady needs to be replaced for an extended period of time.

The Raiders will be aiming for that neck, it has a bulls eye on it. :)

    Ruh-Roh. Trouble in Denver.

Things are setting up nicely for Peyton’s usual post season failure…

That’s what happens when a team spends way too muh for a qb…..no back up help at all. Peyton might be making pizzas for a living a lot sooner than he thought. No center now no left tackle. Just how long do you think he’ll last and I don’t care how fast his release is!

Is that all you Raider fans have? “Aiming for his neck” and “Trouble in Denver”? Wow you guys are pathetic and when we put 40+ on you, what are you going to say? Well at least he’ll choke in the playoffs or something? U do realize he has been to 2 SBs in the past 10 years right?

You do realize as bad as they’ve been for 10 years, the Raiders were actually in a SB themselves in this past decade… that said, it’s actually shaping up to be a closer game than most people realize… Most people aren’t paying attention to how well the Raiders defense has been playing overall… surprising even to us die hard Raider fans. You guys may very well hang 40 on us.. and I expect us to lose.. but I won’t be surprised either if it’s a lot closer than most people are giving us credit for either…. So far Manning has been able to take advantage of turnovers in the 2nd half and run the score up…. That said, if Pryor does what he did last week which is not turn the ball over, and McFadden does what he did last week which was control the game on the ground, the Raiders may just keep it close enough to possibly steal the game. I’m just saying if I was a Bronco fan, I wouldn’t be chalking up an automatic win as most of you myopic people have.

Please tell me what team in the NFL could lose their top tier Qb and be ok?

Maybe your mother should look at those parental controls again, you shouldn’t be posting.

I hate the donkeys and the faiders, but the donkeys are gonna stomp a mudhole in em, and still would with a high school O-line.

I also love the fact that the fade fans think so much of their “defense”. It’ll be bottom 5, if not 3 by seasons end.

Oh yeahhhhh… I remember now, the year when TB embarrassed you guys? And you guys haven’t smelled the playoffs in over 10 years. At least in the past 10 years we have competed and had something to play for. You guys are a joke of an organization and I’ll give you that it maybe, just maybe, it might not be a blowout by 21+ but we will still cover the -14 pt spread. Myopic people huh? We just know that PM looks healthier than ever and with this many weapons, Chuck Woodson is probably going to wonder what if… after the game. Good luck tho

They don’t even need a Tackle in this game against Choakland. 45 points beats Denver. Choakland aint getting that many points.
