Cameron Wake questionable to return (knee)

Cameron Wake, Jeremy Trueblook AP

If the Dolphins are going to come back against the Falcons, they may have to do it without Cameron Wake.

Their star pass-rusher is out with a knee injury, and his return has been termed questionable.

The Falcons were ripe to be pressured without starting left tackle Sam Baker, but Wake’s absence will keep them from taking full advantage.

Of course, it helps the pass protection when you can run efficiently, and the Falcons have ¬†97 rushing yards and 22:48 worth of possession.¬†Atlanta’s up 13-10 at halftime of a game that’s flying by.

Wake or not, Miami is going to have to get some stops on defensive. Cant keep letting Atlanta march downfield like that

Agreed. Falcons look like they’re going to score almost every time they have the ball , and the Dolphins can’t protect Tannehill well enough to sustain drives. If you want to win , you have to be able to pass , and stop the pass.

The value of a three hundred and fifty pound(350) man-mountain in the middle of the line cannot be exaggerated. Without Soliai the Phins famous “D” line is at best mediocre…evidence the Falcons running all over the place.
