The 49ers have scored 10 points in the last two weeks, one of several issues plaguing the defending NFC champions during their 1-2 start to the 2013 season.

Coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday that the blame for the offensive woes don’t fall on any one position in particular because everyone has been struggling. That includes the wide receivers. Anquan Boldin has 18 catches, Kyle Williams has nine and the other receivers that have been active have combined to catch just one passes over the first three weeks.

Harbaugh was asked if the lack of production could lead to Jon Baldwin’s regular season debut with the team. Harbaugh said it was a possibility.

“He’s doing a good job,” Harbaugh said, via Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com. “Had a real good week of practice last week. We’re all coming back today, back to work, working on fixing.”

Tight end Vernon Davis is ailing, which might also open up the door for Baldwin, acquired in a trade for A.J. Jenkins in the preseason, to see the field on offense as the Niners find ways to get what looked like a well-oiled machine in Week One up and running again.
