Titans linebacker Moise Fokou accused Chargers guard Jeromey Clary of trying to break his arm during last Sunday’s 20-17 Tennessee victory and the NFL agrees that Clary crossed the line during the game.

Unfortunately for Fokou, they also think his response warranted a fine. The league has confirmed that it has fined both men $7,875 for the altercation.

It started when Clary held onto Fokou’s arm while going to the ground, trying to drag Fokou to the turf along with him at the end of a play. The film of the play leaves little doubt about Clary’s intent nor does it hide that Fokou threw a punch at Clary once he was able to wrest his arm free.

That was enough to earn Fokou a fine along with Clary, who is listed for doubtful for this weekend’s date with the Cowboys because of a clavicle injury.
