Ravens will have just three wide receivers Sunday

Jacoby Jones AP

Ravens wide receivers Marlon Brown (thigh) and Jacoby Jones (knee) are inactive for Sunday’s game at Miami.

This leaves the Ravens with just three active wideouts for Sunday: Torrey Smith, Tandon Doss and Deonte Thompson.

The Ravens released wide receiver Brandon Stokley on Saturday to re-sign tight end Billy Bajema. The addition of Bajema gives the Ravens three tight ends, with Ed Dickson and Dallas Clark the other options at the position.

That is pretty bad depth. It might not be so bad if they could run the ball at all.

This is as pathetic as it gets.

Kermis, you do realize the steelers have a better pass rank then the ravens. Laugh up the 0-4 record now, there is still 3/4 of the season left.

Good now they’ll actually run the damn ball!

Actually its one wide receiver because Doss cant catch & Thompson is too new,and Dickson has hands of stone. Now we (and the Dolphins) know what the game plan is…..run the ball. How imaginative

As long as Flacco can throw downfield and hope Smith draws the PI they have a chance.

Don’t worry, the Dolphins are minus one receiver because Mike Wallace can’t catch!

If I’m a Ravens fan, I’m pretty happy. SB ring last year. Can’t complain.

Hope that 6th round pick you got for Boldin was worth it.

Boldin comments are about as old as the petroleum jelly in yo underpants! It was either cut him and get nothing or trade him and get what we could, which was 6th rd pick

So how bad was Stockley then? Wow

  16. jmblosser82 says: Oct 6, 2013 2:24 PM

To be fair they still had a healthy pitta when they traded Boldin. Now with neither if them they are terrible.
