Haloti Ngata participates in practice on Friday

Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata AP

One of the Ravens’ star defensive players took part in his first practice of the week on Friday.

Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, who missed the previous two days with a hip injury, was a participant in Friday’s practice, multiple media outlets reported.

According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, Ngata “appeared to have his normal mobility” on Friday.

The 29-year-old Ngata has been named to the Pro Bowl in each of the last four seasons. Possessing a unique combination of size and athleticism, the 6-foot-4, 340-pound Ngata has 15 tackles in five regular-season games in 2013.

Forget about “normal” mobility. Just walking off that plane in Pittsburgh next week should be enough to send Roethlisbooger into paralysis.

ELITE Joe Flacco has his team in first place after a super bowl. Get over it. Go hate yourself instead, and cheer for your team, not disrespect mine.

“ELITE” Joe Flacco = Better than you

Hey rustbelt, I LOVE that man. Seriously, the best part about people in fantasy land like you is that my qb wins and doesn’t do it with big numbers. It drives you and other stat losers crazy doesn’t it? I love that. LOL Please continue to give us all the numbers that do not matter while Flacco only provides the ONE stat that matters in the long run… wins/loses. Most wins ever first six years of career. Sit on that number.

Elite Joe Flacco has better playoff stats than everyone not named Brady, Brees, and Rogers.
    Chew on that loser,

    Sincerely yours,

    World Champs.

Hakuna – It’s not disrespect when your team is winning in spite of its QB play. Pretty bad #s.

This is a what have you done for me lately league. I’d also take Rodgers’ 2010 playoff performance over Flacco’s any day. That guy was sick in that playoff run.
