For Chip Kelly’s “force the Bucs to prepare for both quarterbacks” ruse to work, both quarterbacks need to play along.

One of them isn’t.

With Mike Vick listed as questionable with a hamstring injury and making the trip to Tampa Bay amid multiple reports that Vick won’t play, the Eagles were committed to the con job.

Until Vick spilled the beans.

“Right now, still working to get back to it -- get to 100 percent, you know,” Vick told Derrick Gunn of CSNPhilly.com at the team hotel. “So it’s going to be a long road.”

We’ve heard that Vick could miss at least two games. It now appears clear that Vick definitely will miss at least one game.

So there it is, Greg Schiano and company. Start focusing on Foles.

You already should have been.
