Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday’s game against Philadelphia.
Williams was limited in practice throughout the week with the injury.
Tiquan Underwood, Chris Owusu, Eric Page and Russell Shepard are the Buccaneers’ reserve wideouts.
Williams, 26, has caught 15 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns in four games (all starts) for Tampa Bay in 2013.
