Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson experienced some knee soreness after Sunday’s win at Cleveland, head coach Jim Schwartz said Monday, according to multiple media outlets.
However, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Schwartz noted that Johnson has dealt with soreness in the past.
“He was sore after the game but he’s been sore after practice,” Schwartz said, per the Free Press. “It’s too soon to really know if it was any worse.”
Johnson played 38-of-74 snaps on Sunday, catching three passes for 25 yards.
The Lions host the Bengals on Sunday. Their bye is in Week Nine.
