Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate made a nice catch and run for 25 yards against Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson but was forced to the sidelines with a foot injury.

Tate caught a slant and spun away from Peterson for a 25-yard gain up the sideline but sat down on the turf after the play to be attended to by trainers. He got up and walked off the field under his own power.

According to Dave Mahler of Sports Radio 950 KJR, Tate is questionable to return to the game with a foot injury.

Tate entered the game as the team’s leading receiver in catches with 23 on the year. He caught three passes for 45 yards before being sidelined in the third quarter.

Seattle also had fullback Derrick Coleman and backup safety Jeron Johnson leave the game in the first half with hamstring injury. They will not return to the game.

UPDATE 10:55 p.m. ET: Tate returned to the game for Seattle late in the third quarter.
