Packers tight end Jermichael Finley was removed from the field on a stretcher after a shoulder-to-helmet collision in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against Cleveland.

According to Kevin Harlan of CBS, Finley has “feeling in all of his extremities.” Finley did appear to be moving his arms as he left the field.

According to the Packers, Finley has a neck injury.

Finley’s head collided with Browns safety Tashaun Gipson’s shoulder as the defensive back tackled Finley. Gipson was penalized on the play.

Finley suffered a concussion in the Packers’ Week Three loss to Cincinnati, an injury that prompted his five-year-old son to tell him to give up the game.

Finley scored the game’s first touchdown Sunday on a 10-yard first-quarter reception.
