Ware unlikely to play, but don’t rule it out yet

Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware reportedly will miss three or four weeks with a quad injury.  Ware has said he won’t be out that long.

More specifically to the task at hand, Ware has declared himself to be a game-time decision for Sunday against the Eagles.

Per a league source, it’s still unlikely that he will play.  The injury initially was diagnosed as a three-week situation, and mind carries only so far over matter.

Officially, Ware is doubtful.  It means there’s a 25-percent chance he’ll play.

In most cases, doubtful is synonymous with out.  Last year, however, the Cowboys played tight end Jason Witten in the Week One upset of the defending champion Giants, even though he was doubtful with a spleen injury.

Me and all Eagles fans would agree if Ware isn’t ready to play and he insists on playing, that’s a very good thing.

Even at just 50%, will be too much for eagles to handle.

Didn’t need ware against eagle chump team. Our practice squad guys took care of Foles and that joke of a rookie QB Barkley, threw 3 INTs.
