Brandon Jacobs out for Giants against Eagles

Attention all fantasy football owners of Brandon Jacobs: He’s not playing this week.

Just please don’t talk to him about that, or threaten him for a lack of performance for your team.

The Giants running back was just named on the inactive list because of a hamstring injury, meaning the Giants will again be in the hands of Peyton Hillis in a game against the Eagles they have to have if they want to remain pertinent.

Hillis was a workhorse last week with 18 carries and five receptions. Of course, he was kind of a big, plodding horse, as they went for a combined 81 yards.
