Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles has had plenty of injuries this year, but he manages to keep playing.
This week, he missed practice Wednesday with a sore knee. Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports that Charles nevertheless will play on Sunday.
The knee injury represents Charles’ fourth different injury this season. He nevertheless has generated 635 yards rushing and 383 yards receiving in eight games, which projects to more than 2,000 yards from scrimmage in 2013.
If he can continue to play through a rash of injuries that projects to a total of eight for the season.
