If the Texans are going to make anything of the rest of the season, it effectively has to begin Sunday night against the Colts.

And aside from the small matter of a quarterback change, they’re getting the guys back they need.

According to Tania Ganguli of ESPN.com, both Arian Foster (hamstring) and Ben Tate (ribs) practiced Thursday, and coach Gary Kubiak was encouraged by their progress.

Tate will be listed as limited, but the fact both are working is a good sign they’ll be available this weekend.

The Texans are going to need it, as a solid run game would be a huge help to quarterback Case Keenum.
