The Buccaneers have added cornerback Danny Gorrer to the active roster, the club’s website said Saturday.

A fourth-year pro from Texas A&M, Gorrer had been on injured reserve/designated for return with a groin injury.

The 27-year-old Gorrer recorded 11 tackles in six games (one start) for Tampa Bay in 2012. He also recorded his first career regular-season interception when he picked off the Rams’ Sam Bradford on Dec. 24. Previously, Gorrer has played for the Seahawks, Ravens, Rams and Saints.

In a corresponding roster move, the Buccaneers waived cornerback Bobby Felder, whom they claimed on waivers from Minnesota on Tuesday.
