Cowboys take early 3-0 lead vs. Vikings

DeMarco Murray AP

The Cowboys’ first drive Sunday ended in points, with Dan Bailey’s 41-yard field goal giving Dallas a 3-0 first-quarter lead against Minnesota at AT&T Stadium.

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo targeted wideout Dez Bryant three times on the first drive, with Bryant catching two passes for 16 yards. The third and final pass to Bryant on the series was behind the receiver and fell incomplete, leaving Dallas to attempt the field goal.

Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray has gotten off to a strong start, breaking a 27-yard run off the left side that put Dallas well into Minnesota territory.

They should be able to beat the Vikings bad. If not, they need to hang it up!

I think Troy is very happy the way he is calling the game for Dallas or rather I mean for the TV audience.
