Texans won’t have Arian Foster, after all

The good news is, the Texans may not need a run game.

But running back Arian Foster isn’t going to be there to help the rest of the night.

Foster was activated after being limited by a hamstring strain, but has now left with a back injury and won’t return.

That leaves Ben Tate to carry the load, such that he can with four cracked ribs.

Of course, the way Case Keenum and Andrew Johnson are playing pitch-and-catch against the Colts, it might not matter.

Johnson has four catches for 137 yards and two touchdowns, as the Texans have raced out to a 14-0 lead at the end of the first quarter.
