The Texans aren’t going to wait until the first series of the game to realize they won’t have Arian Foster this week against the Cardinals.
Foster missed practice again Friday, and has been ruled out this week, according to Tania Ganguli of ESPN.com.
Foster has visited multiple back specialists this week, both in Houston and other cities, trying to figure out exactly what’s wrong. He’s been bothered by a series of injuries since the preseason.
He’s mixed in some solid performances, but tried to play last week and left after the first drive.
Now, they’re relying on Ben Tate, who has been playing through the pain of four cracked ribs.
