Marques Colston is ready to go for Saints tonight

Last week, Saints receiver Marques Colston missed the team’s loss to the Jets with a knee injury.  For Sunday night’s showdown with the Cowboys, Colston officially is listed as questionable.

Per a league source, Colston will play tonight.

Colston playing doesn’t have the same impact it used to, at least not this year.  He has 27 catches for 342 yards and only one touchdown in 2013.

Still, if the Cowboys try to take away tight end Jimmy Graham (something they didn’t do two weeks ago against the Lions and Calvin Johnson) it helps to have other targets available, like Colston.

The man is tough, just tough…

Most underrated receiver in the past twenty years…

Would like to see him mend more, but it’s time he get back in for a top seed in the tournament…

At some point, the Saints are going to get healthy…
