Nick Perry joins Clay Matthews in return to Packers lineup

The Packers are looking a lot healthier at outside linebacker.

As expected, Clay Matthews is active for Sunday’s game against the Eagles and he’ll play with a club on his right hand to protect his surgically repaired thumb. The outlook for Nick Perry’s return from a foot injury was less clear, however, after the Packers listed him as questionable on Friday.

Things wound up going their way and Perry is also active for Sunday’s game. That gives the Packers defense a couple of extra hands on deck as they attempt to keep Nick Foles from another big game. Guard T.J. Lang is also active for the Pack after being listed as questionable.

On the Philly side, cornerback Bradley Fletcher ended up on the wrong side of a game-time decision. That leaves the Eagles short in the secondary as they face Seneca Wallace in the quarterback’s first start since the 2011 season.
