Seahawks rolling over the Falcons

Russell Wilson AP

A bad season in Atlanta isn’t getting any better on Sunday.

The Seahawks lead 23-3 at halftime after Golden Tate got both feet in bounds in the corner of the end zone with a second to play in the first half. Until that six-yard catch, the Seahawks had not been able to score touchdowns on trips deep into Atlanta territory but they’ve now conquered that hurdle.

The other Seattle score came on a 43-yard flea flicker to Jermaine Kearse and Russell Wilson is 15-of-21 for 237 yards on the day. Marshawn Lynch has added 67 yards on 10 carries and the Falcons have managed just 99 yards of their own.

It adds up to a blowout and that’s just what we’ve got brewing in Atlanta.

Finally! I know the game is not over yet. But finally, Seattle is showing dominance on both sides of the ball. Go HAWKS!

Whether because of the knee or not, Kearse > Rice.

    NFC should be nervous.

Seattle looks like it may begin second half surge.

Add starters back on line (3) and Harvin…

    Look out.

WR Jermaine Kearse is really coming into his own. With Rice out this is just what we need!

With WR Percy Harvin most likely playing next week against the Vikes and our 2 tackles coming back…..LOOK OUT!!

    GO HAWKS!!!

Everyone following Seattle could see Kearse is been on the verge of breaking out. I hated Sidney Rice getting injured but it just opened the door for him to see the field and he is not letting down.

Golden Tate is special from the slot and out wide at flanker. He may be under 6 feet but plays much bigger like Steve Smith.

I have been on Tom Cable the past few weeks on some of my post. I know the Falcons aren’t a great pass rushing team but I am impressed with what he is doing in the run game and he is rotating offensive lineman in and out according to their strengths.

yay! seadderall is winning against a mediocre team they should beat, i guess. Keep in mind the falcons are without julio jones so be thankful otherwise he would’ve torched that legion of gloom…

    9-1 is 9-1

    On the road.

    Without 3 offensive linemen.

    Without their best two receivers.

Without their most dominant defensive lineman.

    Wilson >>>>>>>>>>>>Krapernick

    Not even close.

Some advice for all whiner fans, log onto Expedia Priceline Travelocity or whatever, cause you will get no home playoff games this year.

Bizarro world. Atlanta have become the Chiefs and Chiefs have become Atlanta.

The hawks can’t win in the road. Not every game at least.
