Sean Lee out for the night with hamstring injury

SeanLee AP

All year long, it seems the Cowboys have been working through an injury to their defense they can barely afford.

It hit again tonight, as linebacker Sean Lee is out for the rest of the game with a left hamstring injury, according to NBC’s Michele Tafoya.

The Cowboys are scraping together with spare defensive linemen left and right as well.

With Jason Hatcher inactive because of last week’s stinger, the Cowboys now have a gaping hole up the middle of their defense.

Call me a bad fan, but i think im giving up on this season already. I know we play in the nfc east and still have a chance at making the playoffs, but i think the giants have a better chance than we do. Our sec

Our secondary cant guard anyone, Dez Bryant is easily taken out of games, everyone is hurt anyway. Screw it.

With the way Collinsworth talks, Sean Lee isn’t a linebacker on the 31st rated defense in the NFL

Exactly the reason I can’t label this guy an “elite” linebacker. Try staying healthy, then we’ll talk.

Gotta love the late hit out of bounds no call. Can we just admit the refs do not want the Cowboys to win this year. They automatically take Dez out of the game. NFL is no different than All My Children …

wow what a beat down that was another 8-8 season

Quietly the best offense in the NFC is back on track. Now the Eagles D is playing well. Everybody gave up on the Birds because injuries caused them to play their 3rd string QB against the Giants and the Cowboys. But now they are hitting their stride, the Redskins are a joke, the Giants are too far back and stink, and watching the Cowboys tonight shows us that the “under the radar” Eagles with all their injuries, have the inside track to win this crappy division….

hmmm… I know its hard to blame the offense after the performance Brees is putting on the defense, BUT I thought this was the strength of this team? Defense was horrible last year so they fire Ryan and hire Kiffin. How’s that doin’? Draft players to help keep Romo upright (C, 2nd TE, 3rd WR) yet this offense still continues to struggle to score (even starting from inside the 15)….. There obviously is talent of offense but more innovation is needed (ironic we 1nce has Sean Payton as O coordinator). This team is top heavy on talent, meaning we have the star power but insufficient 2nd and 3rd stringers (i.e weak GM). A new HC is not the answer…. new ownership is what’s needed to put this 1nce proud franchise back on the right track.

Wow! What a GREAT call on the onside kick…… too bad Romo wet the bed again…..

It doesn’t matter if Lee is in or not.

Brees was going to torch this defense regardless.

    Just keeping it real!
