Report: Dolphins lose tackle Will Yeatman to torn ACL

A bad situation along the offensive line for the Miami Dolphins just got even worse.

According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, Dolphins’ backup tackle Will Yeatman suffered a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season.

Yeatman is listed on the Dolphins’ depth chart as the backup to Bryant McKinnie at left tackle. The Dolphins are already missing two starters along a line that has allowed a league-high 37 sacks so far this season. Richie Incognito has been indefinitely suspended by the team after allegations that he bullied fellow lineman Jonathan Martin.

The missing linemen leave the Dolphins incredibly short-handed up front. Miami currently has tackle Jason Weaver on the practice squad that could be an option to replace Yeatman on their active roster. Regardless, the Dolphins are now weaker at a position group that has already been problematic this season.

Dude, how irritated is tannehill right now? 3/5 lineman gone off of an already bad line? No thank you.

    Dallas Thomas who??
    Nice 3rd rd pick, Jeffy.
If you can’t break in to THIS line as a 3rd rd pick, can you say “bust?”
