Bad weather coming in Chicago

It’s been several weeks since an NFL game was delayed due to weather.  Another delay could be coming on Sunday.

According to the folks at Weather.com, the afternoon forecast for Chicago includes potentially severe storms and high winds.

If/when the game is paused due to arbitrary strikes of 54,000-degree electricity from above, the wind will still be a factor, and it could impact the passing games for both teams.

Which means that the Ravens, who have the third worst rushing offense in the league, will have to try to run the ball.  The good news for Baltimore is that the Bears have the second worst rushing defense in the league.

The bad news for the rest of us is that the conditions could make for an ugly game to watch.

Maybe its just me, but I really think this how football was meant to be played. Hopefully the lightening stays away, but I’m down for a good ol’ fashioned knockdown, dragout fight in the rain with high winds.

We only have a 50% chance of tornados in the area. Jeeze put skirts on them already!!!! /sarcasm

Potential for tornadoes tomorrow too(Illinois, Indiana, Great Lakes).

Football or no, heads up to those living in those areas. This kind of thing can really catch people off guard this late in the year.

Who could’ve guessed? Next we’ll have “Chicago boy screws up nation’s health care system.”

The weather conditions will favor the Ravens. Chicago cant stop the run, plus Flaco has the arm strength to throw through the wind. Cutler can as well, but McCown does not have a big arm.

Remember us fools who are going to be at the game. Days like this make me wish we had a dome, as a fan.

We’re “mudders” and we’re going to kick the Ravens tailfeathers back to Baltimore in weather fit for E.A. Poe.
    Go Bears!!!
