Jets ditch Saturday night meetings for Dave and Buster’s

Who says there’s nothing to do in Buffalo?

Well, Willis McGahee did.  Or was it Marshawn Lynch?  Maybe both.

Regardless, Buffalo has a Dave & Buster’s.  And it’s not far from the hotel where the Jets are staying.  And the Jets went there on Saturday night.

According to Brian Costello of the New York Post, coach Rex Ryan ditched the usual night-before offensive and defensive meetings for the trip to the oversized arcade.  Ryan still conducted the usual Saturday night team meeting before cancelling the offensive and defensive sessions.

As Costello points out, the Bills could use the corner-cutting as a sign that the Jets lack the proper respect for their opponent.  And even if the Bills’ coaches don’t believe that, it makes sense to use anything possible to get their players motivated.

LOL at those who thought the Jets were the joke of the NFL. Didn’t they beat New England and New Orleans? And are currently in a position to make the playoffs? Hmmm….

    Why the hell not.

Cant others do stuff without drama involved? No, Costello, I HIGHLY doubt they were taking shots at the Bills. dave & busters is awesome, too…

5-4 isn’t great especially in the AFC East… but… I have to give it to Rex… he’s got that team of misfits playing ball (every odd week).

He has them winning at skeet ball, winning, with balls, helps them to positively associate those things with themselves. Could be a win win situation.

Rex just wanted to get a god damn snack. That’s all.

Admittedly, it would be funny to see the Jets lose after this.

    I don’t know anything.

It’s still a free country, and the team isn’t facing an interior bullying lawsuit. Let’s get some beers and bond

Rex knows the score. Sometimes the best way to prepare for crunch time is to get drunk and waste a bunch of money on nothing in particular at a glorified Chuck E Cheese’s

that will be the highlight of their season lmao.

All I care about is who had the highest skeeball score? Did that person use their tickets/credits to buy the latest X-Box?

5-4 isn’t too shabby. Comparing their schedule to New England, the Steelers are the only team the Patriots have a better result against.

Of course NE have still to play Indy in the corresponding game to NY’s loss in Tennessee, but they also face Denver with the Jets getting the Raiders.

Still a wee chance of a division race.

Rex knows they make people go barefoot on the boogie nights dancing game.

I love this. Loosen up the fellas. The JETS are dangerous down the stretch. Rex might just have a little genius in him. They’ll roll Buffalo today

I can’t help but like Rex Ryan. I have no idea how he made a winner out of that pile of crop.

They are coming off a bye week. If they are not prepared after a bye the night before the game meetings were not going to make any difference.
It will be a battle vs the Bills it always is.

Bills fan here I do not have a good feeling about this game .They are calling for high winds so hopefully our running game can prevail . The jets defence is tuff though so that will not be easy by any means . I hate the Jets but I think they are doing what they have to do so props to Rex .As far as the boys goin out and chillin why not .They should be able to go out and hang together once in a while helps them bond . Heck I hope they were suprised to see the bars stay open till 4 AM and took advantage of it. Heck if I knew they where there I would of bought them shots all night . Go Bills I can always dream .
