If the Steelers are going to come back and beat the Lions, they’re going to have to do it without receiver Emmanuel Sanders.

Sanders suffered a foot injury in today’s game, and the team has confirmed that he will not return. Sanders finishes the game with just one catch for two yards.

Pittsburgh rookie wide receiver Markus Wheaton came in to replace Sanders and played well in the early going, with three catches for 38 yards.
