Faced with some injuries at safety, the Broncos found a former top-10 pick to fill in.

According to Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com, the Broncos are signing former Raiders and Ravens safety Michael Huff.

Huff was released by the Ravens in October, after starting just one game. The 30-year-old didn’t make the kind of impact the Ravens were hoping when they signed him this offseason, and he’s been making the workout rounds in recent weeks.

The Broncos were thin at the position after losing safety Rahim Moore for several weeks with a leg injury suffered Sunday against the Chiefs.
