Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata was spotted at practice on Friday, multiple media outlets covering the team, including the Baltimore Sun, reported late this morning.

Ngata missed Sunday’s loss at Chicago with a knee injury. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday. Also, he missed all three practices leading up to last week’s game.

According to Luke Jones of WNST-AM in Baltimore, Ngata was “played catch and did some light jogging when he was out there.”

The 29-year-old Ngata has notched 30 tackles and 1.5 sacks for Baltimore this season. At his best, he has been one of the NFL’s more disruptive interior linemen in recent seasons.

The Ravens (4-6) host the 5-5 Jets on Sunday in Baltimore.
