The Chargers have signed offensive tackle Kenny Wiggins from their practice squad, the club said Saturday.

To make room for Wiggins, the Chargers waived offensive tackle Mike Remmers.

This is Wiggins’ second stint on the Chargers’ roster. The club brought him up from the practice squad one week ago. The 25-year-old Wiggins dressed for Sunday’s game at Miami but did not play. After waiving him Monday, the Chargers signed him back to the practice squad on Wednesday.

A Fresno State product, Wiggins signed with the Chargers’ practice squad on Sept. 1, one day after San Francisco waived him.

Remmers, 24, played in one game for the Chargers in 2013.

The Chargers play at Kansas City on Sunday afternoon.
