Broncos take advantage of early turnovers for 17-0 lead

The Broncos are off to a very hot start on a very cold night, and it has very little to do with either quarterback.

The Broncos are off to a 17-0 lead over the Patriots, after forcing three fumbles in the first half of the first quarter.

After Stevan Ridley’s was scooped and scored by Broncos linebacker Von Miller early, Miller followed by sacking Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and forcing one out.

That turned into a Knowshon Moreno touchdown run. For the third act, LeGarrette Blount coughed it up, which led to a field goal.

On a night with swirling winds and frigid temperatures, passing is going to be tough for either side. At the present rate, the Broncos won’t need to.

As a Fins fan , all I’ve got left (clip and save for future reference) this season is to root against the Pats.

Weird that the game & play clock stop working after Denver goes up 14-0. Cant shut off the scoreboard though Bill.

Like the Pats even care about this game. They will win in Denver in Jan. I’m not even a Pats fan. Just saying. Brady isn’t old.

Looks like a total lack of preparation here.

Actually , the Pats’ “D” is not really playing all that bad , considering that they’ve got four rookies playing. It’s the offense that’s not getting it done for them. All I know is , if Denver lets them come back and win this game , the Broncos will have a hard time rebounding , so , up 24-0 , they damn well better win now.

Pretty sure Manning is 37. Brady is 36. So looks like they are both old. Difference is that Manning actually has a team that has what it takes to go all the way. This NE team has gotten lucky all season and that luck is finally running out.

Not really grab, this isn’t the Super Bowl.
