Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata surprisingly missed last week’s loss to the Bears with a left knee injury. He still may miss this week’s game against the Jets.

Per a league source, Ngata plans to try to play. But his availability remains a game-time decision.

Ngata missed practice Wednesday and Thursday. He participated in a limited basis on Friday.

If the Ravens hope to avoid falling to 4-7, they’ll need Ngata today. They could also use him beyond that.
