The Packers, so listless for much of Sunday’s game against Minnesota, are mounting a fourth-quarter comeback.
Matt Flynn, who replaced the ineffective Scott Tolzien at quarterback in the third quarter, hit Jarrett Boykin on a six-yard TD pass to cut the Vikings’ lead to 23-20 with 3:33 left in the game.
Flynn has completed 11-of-16 passes for 67 yards. Rookie Eddie Lacy has racked up 100 yards on 20 carries for the Packers.
Adrian Peterson has had a fine game for the Vikings, racking up 122 yards rushing and a TD on 25 carries.
