Hamstring issues are all the rage in Dallas right now.
Wide receiver Dwayne Harris and cornerback Morris Claiborne will join linebackers Justin Durant and Sean Lee on the sideline for Thursday’s game against the Raiders because of injuries in that area. Durant and Lee are missing their second straight game while the other two have not been able to bounce back quickly from injuries they suffered (or aggravated, in Claiborne’s case) against the Giants.
Tight end Gavin Escobar also has a hamstring issue, but he’ll be a game-time decision. Linebacker DeVonte Holloman is out for the second straight week with a neck injury.
On the Oakland side, there isn’t one dominant injury affecting the team but four players have been ruled out for the contest. Wide receiver Denarius Moore (shoulder), safety Tyvon Branch (ankle), linebacker Kevin Burnett (quad) and defensive end Jason Hunter (foot) will all miss the game. Tight end Mychal Rivera and cornerback Mike Jenkins are both questionable because of concussions.
Running back Darren McFadden is questionable with a hamstring injury of his own, but he’s expected to play albeit in a limited role behind Rashad Jennings.
