Jason Campbell (concussion) officially out this week

Brandon Weeden can now officially get his ear plugs ready.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, quarterback Jason Campbell has officially been ruled out this week, establishing what was expected earlier this week.

Campbell has yet to be cleared through the league’s concussion protocol, so the Browns are in the hands of Weeden and trick-shot artist Alex Tanney this weekend.

That won’t likely thrill Browns fans, who have grown restless with Weeden during the first two attempts to make him a starter.

Food for Thought: isn’t tanking similar to throwing games (at some level), which equates to losing for a gain or a FELONY!…hmmmmm RICO act ?????

True or not, the relevance to this article, or any associated with the Browns, is none. Campbell is hurt and the only guy left on the roster who knows the system is Weeden(even if he is horrendous at said system).

Or maybe you are referring to the Richardson trade…yeah, he is really tearing up the league in Indy. That was more “a sucker is born every minute situation”. Browns got a first rounder for a 3rd/4th round talent who is not a starter, in this league.

No, sadly for Browns fans everywhere, they are really that bad on offense.

There should’ve been a 15 yard penalty on Ike Taylor , but the stools never get penalized for their on field actions I.e. Tomlin stepping on the field during a kick return yesterday.
