Field goals, takeaways give Colts narrow lead

Adam Vinatieri, Pat McAfee AP

The Colts have yet to reach the endzone against the Titans.

Thankfully for them, they have Adam Vinatieri on their side.

Five Vinatieri field goals have given the Colts a 15-14 early fourth-quarter lead over the Titans in Indianapolis.

Titans miscues have helped the Colts’ cause. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown two picks and lost a fumble, which Indianapolis has turned into six points.

Fitzpatrick has run for a one-yard TD and has thrown a one-yard TD to Chris Johnson.

The Colts have again received little from their running game (14 carries, 28 yards). Also, quarterback Andrew Luck has been sacked five times. Still, they have a narrow lead over Tennessee, and it has much to do with their special teams and defense.

    Look at that Luck magic!

Andrew Luck, currently the most overrated/hyped player in the NFL.

What’s scary is how much the media hypes him up and gushes over him now despite his mediocrity. Heaven help us if he ever actually becomes an elite QB!

WHAT???… 14 carries for 28 yards equates to 2 yards a carry… Hmmm, so much for blaming Trent Richardson for the lack of running game….

Name me a team with a worse collection of receivers than Indy. It’s very hard to find a team. Next, consider he’s going to the playoffs in his first two seasons on a skeleton of a team. Overrated? Underrated maybe.

Luck is amazing! So glad we don’t have RGME.
