Giants show some degree of pride, cut deficit to 14-7

These two teams might have only a mathematical chance at the playoffs, but they still have dignity.

A shred or two, at least.

The Redskins have responded to their prime-time beating at the hands of the 49ers by running out to a 14-0 lead on the Giants, but the Giants responded in kind.

With Andre Brown and Peyton Hillis (of course) carrying the load, the Giants just scored to cut it to within a touchdown on Brown’s 23-yard touchdown run.

It’s hard to tell which side will be able to sustain it, but there is evidence of apparent effort by both at this point.

The Giants don’t belong on the same field as the Redskins. We are so superior in talent and especially at QB. #Giantswillendlastinthedivision

Why is this even a prime time game? Both teams suck.

I can’t recall seeing a slower moving a QB than Eli. I know Fed Ex field surface is a joke but when did they put sand out there?

This game is pathetic and barely pro football. Bob Griffin running to the sideline out of bounds after chased down by 300 pound linemen. How entertaining.

NFC east so pathetic that Dallas is undefeated in the division.

Pride? This team could still win the division

Hey Logicalvoices, write to your hero Dan Snyder and tell him to fix that awful field. That cheapskate STILL can’t get it right.

How did a game with two crap teams going nowhere not get flexed out of SNF?

It’s so reassuring to see that logicalvoicesays has maintained the usual laser-like accuracy in his football predictions.
