The hamstring injury that kept Antonio Gates out of two practices this week is not expected to sideline him Sunday against Cincinnati, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Sunday, via Rotoworld.
However, according to Rotoworld, Schefter noted that it’s unclear “how long” Gates will be able to play.
Gates, 33, has hauled in 59 passes for 685 yards and three TDs for San Diego this season. He exceeded 9,000 yards receiving for his career in last Sunday’s win at Kansas City.
Gates went through a full practice on Friday and is listed as probable on the injury report.
