We pointed out earlier tonight that some in the Ravens organization believe Steelers coach Mike Tomlin deliberately stepped toward the field once Jacoby Jones broke free from kick coverage in the fourth quarter of Thursday night’s game.
We can apparently count Chris Canty among the some.
Canty, a veteran defensive lineman who signed with the Ravens this year, told WNST radio in Baltimore that Tomlin committed “a low-life move.” Canty added that Tomlin’s conduct “has no place in our game.”
On Wednesday, the league opinion about the move will become obvious. Don’t be shocked if Tomlin loses his seat on the Competition Committee as part of the sanction.
