Carson Palmer appears good to go for Sunday

Bruce Arians, Carson Palmer AP

Although Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer is listed as questionable and described as a game-time decision for Sunday’s game against the Rams, from all appearances he will be good to go.

Arizona coach Bruce Arians said Friday that he has “all the confidence in the world” that Palmer will be able to play. And Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Palmer took all snaps at today’s walkthrough and is expected to start Sunday.

Palmer got off to a shaky start this season as the Cardinals started the year 3-4, but his improvement has been a big part of the team’s improving fortunes.

The Cardinals, at 7-5, still have a chance to catch the 8-4 49ers in the NFC wild card race. Sunday’s game against the Rams is a game they’ll need to win if they want to be a playoff team, and the presence of Palmer makes a win on Sunday a lot more likely.

    Go? Probable.
    Good? Problematic.

The NFC West is the best division in the NFL. Never thought I ‘d say that a few years ago.

I hope he is good to go. This is a must win for the Cards. I would think he is on a short leash if he underthrows another wide open receiver for a td that gets picked off… He has played well lately. Hope he keeps it rolling!!! The NFC West is leaps and bounds better than it was a few years ago when Seattle made the playoffs with a losing record…

Uhhh… how about keeping opponents off your quarterback, Arizona linemen?!?

    35 sacks in 12 games

    5th most in the NFL

Best quarter backs in order of appearance
    1) RG3- so good looking
    2) Rodgers-who could deny that guy
    3 Brady-duh!
    4) Eli- some people may disagree with me on this one.
    5) Foles-the way he plays the game makes him cute. I mean he’s perfect right now

Are you a Cards fan? All you do is bash every single team’s post. Who do you root for?
