Dwayne Harris returns to practice for Cowboys

We already knew that Bears quarterback Jay Cutler wasn’t going to play Monday night, and there weren’t many other surprises on the final injury report for either side.

Cowboys special teamer Dwayne Harris, who can change a game in an instant, was listed as questionable after practicing for the first time Saturday. Harris, who is second in the league in both kick and punt return average, hadn’t worked prior to today because of a hamstring strain.

Along with Cutler, linebacker Lance Briggs is listed as out for the Bears. Otherwise, they’re a largely healthy group, as wide receiver Brandon Marshall, safety Major Wright and guard Kyle Long are all listed as probable.

The Cowboys are likewise well, with the exception of cornerback Morris Claiborne, who is out with a hamstring problem.

The rest of their report falls under the probable category and will be ready to go, including linebacker Sean Lee (hamstring) and wide receiver Dez Bryant (back).

Jerry Jones is listed as ‘Questionable’ with a jaw-strain. Too much flapping of the gums with nothing but garbage coming out.

Need him to play… Cole and Terrance don’t compare to him when it comes to returns.

Don’t rush him back too soon. The Superbowl is a long time from now so we need to make sure he is 100%. America’s team aka The 5 time legit Superbowl champions The Dallas Cowboys is automatically going all the way no question. First class organization and it starts with the great Owner. Thank god i’am a Dallas Cowboys fan. I enjoy all the envy and hate we receive from other classless Organizations and their bandwagon fans.

The ones that bash the Cowboys are the ones who can’t afford tickets.

Harris has been outstanding on special teams and not only in returning kicks. He is great at covering punts too. It doesn’t sound like he is going to play against the Bears but the Cowboys need Harris back soon.
