As Mike Florio reported earlier on Sunday, the Rams won’t have wide receiver Tavon Austin in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Saints.
Austin didn’t practice all week because of an ankle injury and the team confirmed that he’d miss the game when they released their list of inactive players. Cornerback Janoris Jenkins wasn’t on it, though. Jenkins missed practice this week because of a back injury and, like Austin, was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
Running back Daryl Richardson, defensive back Quinton Pointer, guard Harvey Dahl, guard Brandon Washington, tackle Mike Person and defensive tackle Jermelle Cudjo are also inactive for St. Louis.
The Saints have no unexpected surprises on their inactive list. They’ll play without quarterback Ryan Griffin, safety Rafael Bush, cornerback Trevin Wade, linebacker Keyunta Dawson, defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker, wide receiver Nick Toon and tight end Josh Hill.
