Since the Dolphins were pulling guys in off the street to make game-saving plays last week, it figures they’d be on the lookout for secondary help.
The Dolphins have claimed cornerback Jalil Brown off waivers from the Colts, via the league’s transaction wire. They waived safety D.J. Campbell to make room on the roster for him.
The Dolphins are hanging in the playoff race thanks to some timely plays from just-signed Michael Thomas, and the entire starting secondary is dealing with some degree of injury.
That sent them toward Brown, a former fourth-round pick of the Chiefs, who the Colts picked up in October.
