Chiefs reverse field, cut Chad Hall and bring back Jerrell Powe

Dexter McCluster AP

Well, Dexter McCluster must be OK.

The Chiefs signed return man Chad Hall a week ago when McCluster popped up with an ankle problem (which turned out to not be MRSA), but they must not need him now. The team announced they cut Hall Thursday.

McCluster was limited in Wednesday’s practice, and is apparently sufficiently healed from the laceration on his ankle.

With the roster spot, the Chiefs brought back defensive tackle Jerrell Powe, who was cut last week when they needed to bring Hall in.

Chad Hall has been the Moomerang player signed, then cut, then signed then cut all year. he will be back on the roster next week somehow. he actually made a couple plays against the Raiders last week. The first plays he made all year. lol. Go Chiefs.

He followed Reid from Philly. He is a upstanding guy and a hard worker. Type of end-of-the-roster player that’s good to have on a team.

Don’t be surprised if the Chiefs lose this weekend.
