All year long, the Eagles have been about pace. And they didn’t wait long to put their foot on the gas Sunday night.

The Eagles took advantage of a short punt and the subsequent short field, and took an early lead over the Bears on a Nick Foles touchdown pass to Riley Cooper.

Then after Bears return man Devin Hester fumbled the ensuing kickoff, the Eagles stuck it into the end zone 2:01 later, with LeSean McCoy finishing for a 14-0 lead.

The Bears had a chance to clinch the NFC North title with a win tonight, but they’re obviously not as urgent about it as the Eagles at the moment.
